Home Builders Are Carefully Getting More Optimistic.

I have mixed feelings about this report, it seem like they are fishing a little but it is an improvement that is for sure even if it is nominal. Here I am talking to Scott Carmody and get his opinion on this report as well.
The index should be 50 to be positive and we are at 25, up from 21 which represents the lowest in history, measured in 2011.
